The museum lends itself best to cocktail-style receptions. Food and drink are limited to reception areas and are not allowed in the galleries. Rental opportunities at the museum include:

Main Gallery

  • Main Floor – Approximately 1,800 square feet
  • Large north windows facing Oak Street Plaza
  • Natural light, track lighting, and/or florescent lighting
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • $500/flat fee for up to 4 hours and $100/per hour after 4 hours

Art.Edu.Osity Creative Space

  • Can be reserved in addition to the Main Gallery
  • Additional 400 square feet on Main Level
  • High east-facing windows
  • Natural light, track lighting, and/or florescent lighting
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • $75/per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

 Additional Information

  • Additional fees include $25/hour if renting space after or before business hours or if extensive staff assistance is required for the event.
  • Non-profit Discount: 10%.
  • Cleaning/Damage and Reservation Deposit: $100 space (Dates will only be reserved once deposit is received).
  • Projector: $50 per hour

Other Notable Information:

The care of artwork is our first priority. Museum etiquette should be observed at all times.

Please inform your guests of the following rules: DO NOT TOUCH the artwork. Keep food and drink away from the artwork, display cases, and pedestals. NO smoking, open flames, confetti, or pets. Do not attempt to move artwork under any circumstances. Contact a staff person before leaving the gallery unattended.
