Masks exhibition opens!

Opening night for Masks a success!
For the opening of Kaiser Permanente – Banner Health Masks 2015 during First Friday Gallery Walk, sponsored by Eye Center of Northern Colorado, the museum had 1,200 visitors! It was a great kickoff for the museum’s 11th annual silent auction fundraiser. Bidding was strong for the first weekend of the exhibition. Bid on your favorite mask early!

While in the museum to see the Masks exhibition, be sure to check out the Student Gallery across the hall from the main gallery. The students cover a range of ages with area high schools and CSU students comprising the majority. The student gallery is a favorite of many museum visitors.

Guaranty Bank and Trust Company will sponsor a FREE open admission day this Friday, April 10 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bring the kids, bring Grandma and Grandpa, bring your friends to see this delightful exhibition of creative talent. Just for fun there is a Masks scavenger hunt for the child in us all, ask for it at the reception desk.

Please thank the folks from Guaranty Bank and Trust Company for making it possible to visit the museum free of charge on Friday!
